A small french company took the lead in consolidating a very ineffective, asset intensive and skilled labor intensive business area.
Having established 950 laboratories across 59 countries with a staff of more than 65.000 and a turnover of 7 bn EUR, it has created an unchallenged leadership position, based on the utilisation of the individual laboratory and a strong intracompany communication. This has come from doubling the annual turnover 3 times in 10 years.
