Quoted conglomerate of printing companies and it systems suppliers
F.E. Bording was a small quoted conglomerate of business related printing and EDP companies. The unfocussed company had got a new controlling owner. As the company evolved into unprofitability and low solidity the new controlling owner took the executive role and I was invited to participate in the management.
Being a unfocussed conglomerate with a longer history of weak management, the share price was low compared to book value and the remedies for creating positive cash flow was quite tangible.
After having completed the turn around and acquired and integrated the number two business printing company in Denmark, the controlling owner wanted to return to his sole executive position and my shareholding was sold at a strong return
Today the Bording Group works with client communications that create business. The Bording Group consists of 14 wholly or part-owned companies, who work within 4 areas of competences: consultancy, IT solutions, customised production and print management & logistics.
